Announcement for the 14th GBJ Seminar
“The evolving role of Green Building Rating Systems and its impact on the built environment”.
The GBJ’s monthly seminar in February will expand the scope from LEED to green building rating systems on the whole, inviting the key members of World Green Building Council (WGBC) below.

-Mann Young Manager of Asia Pacific Network, World Green Building Council
They kindly accepted our request for sharing their insights on green buildings a day before the WGBC conference in Tokyo. Having their experiences of Green Mark from Singapore and Green Star from Australia, we will share how WGBC members work through the different rating systems for fulfilling mutual benefits and socio-economically sustainable ocieties.
Yuko Nishida, a member of Japan Sustainable Building Consortium and Ruben Langbroek, head of Asia Pacific, Global Real Estate Sustainable Benchmark(GRESB), will also join the discussion. As this will be a small scale and GBJ members-only event, we hope the discussion is going to be interactive with the inputs from participants.

Venue: meeting room of Azbil Corporation, 19th Floor, Tokyo Building, Marunouchi, Tokyo
